Information collected during sign up and purchase of CyberWhisper is stored by our 3rd Party payment processors and email service providers to provide you with the service and validate your purchase. We retain the right to use this information to contact you about the service and provide you with updates about the app.

Data Processing Guarantees

We want to be transparent about how we handle your data. Here are our specific guarantees:

• No Training Usage: Your data is not being used for training AI models or any other machine learning purposes.
• No Server Retention: Your data is not retained on CyberWhisper servers. All data is only stored locally on your machine.
• Limited Identification: Since data is not retained on our servers, there is nothing to associate with your identity. However, calls to our API do require authentication and can be identified for security and access control purposes only.

These guarantees will not change in our default product offering without prior notice to our users.

Usage Data

We do not collect any usage data when you use CyberWhisper. We respect your right to privacy and do not track or log your usage of CyberWhisper in any way.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you provide through CyberWhisper as the files do get saved to your device.
